Theatre IV's Overnight Camp
Theatre IV invites kids to have the ultimate theatrical experience- a sleep over at one of Barksdale/Theatre IV’s professional theaters! Campers will participate in theater related activities such as stage-make up, costumes, acting, technical theater and stage combat as well as see a live performance of one of Theatre IV’s professional productions. Breakfast is provided.
Junior Girls Scouts can fulfill badge requirements towards their Theater Badge, while Brownies and Daisies will complete the requirements for Let’s Pretend.
Cadettes Seniors and Ambassadors will fulfill some IPP requirements for The Play’s The Thing and The Performing Arts.
Boy Scouts will work towards the Theater Merit Badge and the Showman Activity Pin.

Stage Explorers is designed to take your child on a fun journey, both onstage and backstage, as he learns about the many roles it takes to put on a show in a professional theatre. All classes are taught by theatre professionals. Campers will be divided according to grade level, and will explore acting, singing, design and a multitude of other fun theatre related activities! No audition is necessary for this fun-filled camp, full of exploration, investigation and imagination!
